the room had a ceiling fan and a kitchenette for cooking. shower water leakage issues.

the staff were super friendly and really helpful, they even arranged an extra bed for us when we needed it. the location was great for exploring the city, and the room was clean and comfy with a nice bed and shower. having access to cooking facilities was a plus, it made our stay so much easier. also, i loved having a washing machine available, really handy on a long trip. overall, just an amazin place to stay!

the parking situation could be a hassle, and we had some noise from the gym below our room early in the morning.

My recent stay in a One-Bedroom Apartment was absolutely delightful! The apartment featured a full kitchenette that was impressively well-equipped, perfect for whipping up meals. The location could not be better, just a short 5-minute walk from some of the best restaurants around.

absolutley disappointed, as the gym access times are quite limited and the fan in the bathroom doesnt work. Imagine taking a shower in a steam room. I almost gave a good review, but where's my complimentary gesture? No red carpet for me, apparently. This hotel woudl ve been lovely if they actually cared about guests.

Comfort and Convenience in Napier

The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to the vibrant city center and nearby attractions. The spacious room featured a kitchenette, perfect for preparing meals. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed after a long day of exploring.

The check-in process left much to be desired. We struggled to gain access to the building upon arrival, as there was no staff present, leading to a frustrating experience. It would be beneficial to improve the system for late arrivals.

Our stay in a well-equipped One-Bedroom Apartment was satisfactory. The staff were exceedingly accommodating, even arranging for an extra bed when we needed it. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to great restaurants. Unfortunately, some noise from neighboring apartments made sleep a bit challenging.

the quest has great rooms and a fantastic location close to the center, making it easy to explore. the kitchenette in our studio apartment was super handy, and the comfy beds made our stay even better.

the property was in a really good location in a quiet street but very close to the foreshore & main shopping streets. i also appreciated the extreme cleanliness of the property. the staff were super helpful and friendly. it was great having kitchen facilities for cooking and a comfy living space to relax in. the big balcony was nice for chillin out.

only problem was the air con wasn't very effective, and it got pretty warm in the room. also, parking could be a hassle since the lift to upper levels was kinda tricky to use.
